When looking to purchase our first homes we noticed the same, terraced designs with as many flats crammed on to a section possible. From this experience, Duo Group committed to designing affordable homes that we would love to live in: private, easy-care sections, light living areas and unique character. Now specialising in architecturally designed affordable housing, Duo Group have carved a reputation as an innovative home building company. With both of our directors based in Christchurch, our local knowledge has helped us to develop a unique range of cleverly-designed houses in excellent locations. We focus on using natural and sustainable materials, bringing environmentally sustainable homes to a wider market. Established in 2016, Duo Group are currently only building in Christchurch. We are planning to expand into Auckland and Wellington in the near future.
